Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Channel Business Development efforts globally.

  1. To establish and expand our Channel Business in targeted countries, driving revenue growth and market penetration.
  2. To manage software solution sales through channel partners, forecasting sales targets and ensuring timely achievement.
  3. To identify, onboard, and train high-performing channel partners, fostering strong relationships and collaborative business models.
  4. To develop and implement sustainable business strategies that drive revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  5. To meet and exceed sales targets by leveraging data-driven insights, effective sales planning, and strategic partner engagement.
  6. To evaluate prospects for appointing new strategic channel partners, identifying opportunities for joint project wins and business expansion.
  7. To develop and execute channel sales plans, strategies, and tactics that drive revenue growth, increase market share, and enhance customer loyalty.
  8. To maintain and expand our partner base by providing exceptional support, training, and enablement programs that drive sales success.
  9. To serve as the primary point of contact for channel partners, providing timely and effective communication, issue resolution, and business guidance.
  10. To deliver market intelligence and insights to channel partners, helping them navigate market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
  11. To achieve operational objectives by contributing to channel policy development, supporting channel partners' growth, and driving revenue expansion.
  12. To collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Presales, and Marketing teams, to provide cohesive support to channel partners and drive business results.
  13. To deepen CSM Tech knowledge within partner organizations, uncovering new opportunities for joint value propositions and business growth.
  14. To maximize revenue growth across key industries (Government, PSUs, Mining, Manufacturing) by developing tailored solutions, building strong partner relationships, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  15. To monitor and analyze partners' business results, providing actionable recommendations for improvement and driving increased penetration.
  16. To foster win-win situations for both organizations and channel partners through strategic partnerships, joint marketing initiatives, and revenue-sharing models.
  17. To be responsible for the entire sales life cycle from lead generation to closure for new business, utilizing CRM tools to plan, measure, and optimize sales activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. Candidates must possess a deep understanding of Channel Partner Business Models, with experience in bespoke or customized IT application sales and software sales.
  2. Proven track record of successful sales through channel models, with a strong network of relationships and stakeholder influence at C-suite levels.
  3. Excellent networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence key decision-makers.
  4. Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a focus on quality outcomes.
