Corporate Social Responsibility Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing CSR strategies and annual action plans. This includes coordinating with implementation partners/NGOs to execute approved projects, ensuring timely and effective execution of programs across focus areas such as education, health, environment, and community development.

Liaising with internal stakeholders (HR, Communications, Operations) and external partners (NGOs, academic institutions, government bodies, communities) is also a key responsibility. The role requires building and maintaining relationships with community leaders and beneficiaries.

The Corporate Social Responsibility Manager will track project progress through periodic reviews, field visits, and partner reports. They will maintain documentation and data for impact assessment and audit readiness.

Additionally, the role involves preparing reports for internal use and leadership presentations. Ensuring CSR activities are in line with applicable laws is crucial. Due diligence and onboarding of implementation partners must also be supported.

Maintaining records for CSR spending and utilization is essential. Documenting success stories, case studies, volunteer testimonials, and creating content for internal and external communication is also a key task.

This role requires collaboration with the communications team to highlight CSR impact through various channels. Supporting employee engagement through volunteering programs and campaigns is also necessary. Coordinating logistics and communication for volunteering events completes the role's responsibilities.
