At Agrocorp International, we are seeking a highly skilled ESG Assistant Manager to spearhead our company's sustainability initiatives.

Job Description:

Developing and implementing effective environmental, social, and governance (ESG) strategies is crucial for the success of any organization. As an ESG Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for creating and managing ESG reports that adhere to international standards.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of comprehensive ESG reports
  • Conduct thorough materiality analysis and climate-related risk assessments
  • Monitor and evaluate supplier ESG performance and ESMS implementation
  • Design and implement innovative climate action plans

The ideal candidate will possess a postgraduate degree in environmental science or a related field, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is also essential.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 8 years of work experience in ESG or sustainability domain
  • Knowledge of various sustainability reporting standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse teams across different geographic locations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
