Corporate Legal Manager Job Posting

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill a high-impact Corporate Legal position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents for financial and lending agreements in line with business and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and provide support accordingly.
  • Liaise with external partners to ensure timely execution of transactions.
  • Ensure all documentation meets applicable legal, regulatory, and RBI guidelines.
  • Support due diligence, risk assessment, and compliance checks related to lending activities.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 3+ years of experience in the lending/financial services sector.
  • Strong legal knowledge and prior exposure in co-lending structures, PTC/DA documentation, debt and borrowing transactions.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

This is a critical role with direct impact on financial transactions. You'll collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to contribute to our lending ecosystem's growth and regulatory strength.
