Financial Transactions Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Capital Markets professional to lead and execute high-value transactions.
The ideal candidate will have 5-6 years of expertise in equity fundraising and investment banking, with strong exposure to IPOs, Rights Issues, QIPs, Bonds, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead capital market transactions including IPOs, Rights Issues, QIPs, Preferential Allotments, and Bonds.
- Advise clients on strategic equity fundraising options, market positioning, and transaction structuring.
- E nsure all deals comply with relevant regulations.
- Manage end-to-end deal execution - from due diligence to liaising with regulators and internal teams.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, HNIs, merchant bankers, law firms, and intermediaries.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- CA/ Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, Commerce.
- 5-6 years of proven experience in capital markets, investment banking, or financial advisory.
- Hands-on deal execution experience in IPOs, QIPs, Rights Issues, Bonds, or similar transactions.
