Investment Banking Analyst

Job Role: As an Investment Banking Analyst, you will play a critical role in executing transactions and providing financial advisory services for clients across Asia with a focus on India domestic deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop complex financial analysis, valuation and modeling to support deal execution.
  • Manage due diligence processes, communications and interaction with deal team members and other advisors.
  • Perform comprehensive and in-depth industry and market research and company analysis within the consumer and Industrial sector.
  • Assist in the preparation of pitch materials, presentations and marketing materials for client meetings.
  • Collaborate with senior team members in deal origination, structuring and negotiation.

Requirements:

  • Post-graduate degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related disciplines.
  • 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance or related fields working on consumer and Industrial transactions.
  • Solid understanding of the consumer and Industrial sector.
  • Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
  • Excellent analytical communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
