Job Opportunity: Strategic Advisor

We are seeking a seasoned professional to collaborate with our organization as a Strategic Advisor. This high-profile leadership role requires expertise in Investment Banking and Asset Reconstruction, along with the ability to work closely with senior stakeholders to shape business strategies, monitor deal pipelines, and provide oversight on transaction execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive strategic business initiatives.
  • Apply knowledge of Investment Banking and capital markets to assess opportunities, risks, and deal structures.
  • Participate in regular meetings with senior stakeholders to review developments and progress.
  • Provide regular reports on the status of ongoing transactions, restructuring processes, and deal pipelines.
  • Advise on structuring, negotiations, and execution strategies for acquisitions, distressed asset deals, and capital market transactions.
  • Support decision-making on investment opportunities, exits, and capital raising activities.
  • Ensure effective coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders, including banks, investors, and regulatory authorities.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • 5-10 years of professional experience in Investment Banking, Asset Reconstruction, Private Equity, or Corporate Finance.
  • Proven track record in transaction execution, deal structuring, and financial advisory.
  • Strong professional network across financial institutions, investors, and regulatory authorities.
  • Prior experience working with senior stakeholders in a strategic capacity.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
