Senior Financial Strategist

Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Strategist to join our team. As a key member, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our financial growth strategy and driving business development.

Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with the investment team to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the private debt space. This involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and lender partners, facilitating the placement of debt financing, and drafting client business overviews and investment memoranda.

In addition, you will be responsible for reviewing client financial information, analyzing financial statements, and developing financial models to support business decisions. You will also work closely with internal teams to align strategies and ensure a cohesive approach to client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS AND LENDER PARTNERS\
• Draft and develop client business overviews and investment memoranda\

• Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and ensure cohesive client engagement\
• Stay abreast of industry trends and product offerings to effectively communicate the value proposition of private debt solutions to clients\
• Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress and performance\
• Contribute to the development of business cases and proposals to support strategic initiatives\
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and stakeholders\
• Assist in the identification and mitigation of potential risks and challenges\
• Participate in cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and achieve goals\
• Develop and maintain knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory requirements\
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes as needed\

• Provide input on budget planning and forecasting\
• Review and analyze financial data to inform business decisions\

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a focus on business development and strategy\
