About the Role
We are seeking a Travel Desk Executive for our Mumbai office. As a Travel Desk Executive, you will be responsible for managing travel requirements, including itineraries, ticket bookings, tour planning, and reservations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage travel requirements for employees, including itineraries, ticket bookings, and tour planning
- Handle reservations for flights, hotels, and transportation
- Maintain and update travel-related data management systems
- Ensure timely processing of travel vouchers and update voucher status
- Coordinate with travel agencies and vendors to obtain the best deals and rates
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries related to travel arrangements
Requirements and Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in travel management
- Proficiency in itinerary planning and ticket booking
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- Knowledge of data management systems used in the travel industry
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
