- Ensure smooth onboarding by walking new hires through our culture and policies on their first day.
- Oversee onboardings, including asset and access-related tasks.
- Collaborate with vendors to conduct thorough background verification for all new hires.
- Maintain regular check-ins with new and existing team members to ensure high happiness and productivity indices.
- Partner with leaders and management to resolve people-related conflicts and concerns.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the team, addressing questions related to our policies and culture.
- Develop and execute engaging online and offline activities to maintain team enthusiasm.
- Create and manage communication materials, including email templates, policies, and engagement activity announcements.
- Collaborate with leaders to draft policies and update our handbook to reflect our vision, mission, and values.
- Design programs to minimize attrition and maximize retention.
- Conduct exit interviews and oversee off-boarding procedures from start to finish.
- Promote company-wide letters and emails as needed.
- Plan and coordinate team offsites and workations, managing logistics end-to-end.
- Cultivate partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to strategize and execute people processes.
- Negotiate with vendors to close and maintain end-to-end partnerships.
- Process salary changes and payroll coordination with the Finance team within target timelines.
- Vet all paperwork and contracts related to personnel matters.
We seek a highly qualified candidate with:
- 8+ years of relevant work experience in Human Resources or a related field.
- A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- The ability to handle sensitive people-related matters with maturity.
- High energy levels to drive engagement activities.
- A natural affinity for working with people.
- Empathy and rational decision-making skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience in People Operations, people programs, staffing, and/or large-scale people-related roles.
- Knowledge of local labour laws and employee relations case management.
- The ability to analyze data, understand trends, and develop recommendations for action.
- Effective problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
- A self-starter who can thrive in a dynamic environment with minimal guidance.
- Proficiency in numbers, MS Office, and tools like Fresh team, Zoho, Deel, Just Works, etc.
- Prior experience working with a remote global team of over 250 people.
