The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels. You will be responsible for maintaining trackers and sharing updates with management, as well as coordinating smoothly across departments.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be persistent yet professional in your communication, with a strong focus on building relationships and resolving issues efficiently.

  • Experience in coordination/operations/follow-up roles (6 months–1 year)
  • Strong communication & organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets / MS Excel
  • A proactive and reliable team player
