Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist

This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting functions, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with taxation laws in the real estate industry.

  • Manage accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and reconciliation tasks to maintain financial health.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and records to ensure transparency and adherence to regulations.
  • Handle taxation-related tasks, including GST and TDS compliance, to minimize financial risks.
  • Support budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting for projects to drive business growth.
  • Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Provide management with MIS reports and other financial data as required to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience in accounting (real estate industry experience preferred).
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP for accounting, invoicing, and compliance.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word); ability to work with spreadsheets and formulas.
  • Commerce graduate (B.Com, BBA – Finance/Accounts) from a recognized university.
  • Additional certifications in accounting/finance will be an advantage.
  • Solid understanding of GST and TDS compliance.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
