Compliance Manager - Real Estate Expertise

As a key member of our real estate team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely registration of projects, adherence to regulatory guidelines, and serving as the primary point of contact for RERA-related matters.

This is a full-time role that requires strong legal knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of real estate regulations, laws, and industry standards. Key responsibilities include:

  • RERA Compliance: Handle end-to-end registration of new real estate projects under respective state RERA authorities, ensure timely submission of necessary documentation, declarations, and compliance forms.
  • Project Monitoring & Reporting: Track and update project details on the RERA portal, prepare quarterly/periodic updates, financial disclosures, and project status reports.
  • Liaison & Coordination: Act as the key liaison between stakeholders and RERA authorities, attend hearings, respond to notices, and represent the company in all RERA-related matters.
  • Documentation & Legal: Maintain accurate records of RERA-related documents, assist in drafting agreements to ensure RERA compliance, and monitor changes in laws and regulations.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Educate internal teams and stakeholders on regulatory requirements and updates.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) / Commerce / Business Administration or related field.
  • Additional certifications in Real Estate Law, Compliance, or RERA regulations are a plus.

Preferred Experience:

  • 3+ Years of relevant experience in RERA compliance within a real estate or construction firm.
