Key Roles and Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the branch's operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day functioning.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets, to drive informed decision-making.
  • Track and evaluate daily productivity and book movement within the branch, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Promote new business development through liability generation and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Cross-sell various third-party products and asset offerings to enhance customer relationships and revenue streams.
  • Maintain and deepen high-net-worth individual (HNI) customer relationships, delivering exceptional service and support.
  • Ensure accurate headcount budget management within the branch.
  • Adhere to company values and personality standards, fostering a positive work environment and commitment to excellence.
  • Effectively manage and motivate teams, promoting teamwork and collaboration to achieve shared goals.
  • Encourage ongoing learning and skill development among team members, enhancing their capabilities and performance.
  • Clarify roles and responsibilities among employees, minimizing attrition and ensuring a cohesive team dynamic.
  • Guarantee timely updates of critical documents and templates, maintaining organizational efficiency.
  • Conduct regular employee engagement programs and marketing events to foster a positive brand image and attract top talent.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of banking operations, products, and services, staying up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate essential information to employees, ensuring smooth branch operations and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Escalate critical issues impacting business, implementing effective solutions to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
  • Comply with relevant regulatory and statutory requirements, adhering to ISO 9001:2000 standards and meeting quality parameters.
  • Ensure the safety and security of bank assets and customer property, maintaining a secure working environment.
  • Meet audit-related deliverables, both internal and external, as prescribed by regulatory norms.
  • Submit timely MIS reports, providing actionable insights for informed decision-making.
  • Allocate service RM codes effectively, conducting quarterly reviews to optimize performance.
  • Provide regular training on KYC/AML, prioritizing risk management and compliance.
  • Implement CRM effectively across sales, relationship, and BSD departments, reviewing progress regularly to ensure optimal results.
