About the Role

Are you a seasoned digital marketing professional with a passion for mentoring others? We are seeking an inspiring and experienced
Digital Marketing Faculty
to join our team in Malappuram. This isn't just a teaching role; it's an opportunity to shape the next generation of digital marketers. You will be responsible for delivering a world-class curriculum, mentoring students, and ensuring they are prepared for successful careers in the fast-paced world of digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and comprehensive lectures, workshops, and practical sessions on all key aspects of digital marketing.
  • Design, develop, and update course curriculum to reflect the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in areas such as
    SEO, SEM (Google Ads), Social Media Marketing (SMM), Content Marketing, Email Marketing, and Analytics.
  • Mentor students, providing them with constructive feedback, career guidance, and support for their projects.
  • Assess student performance through practical assignments, projects, and examinations.
  • Stay abreast of the latest developments in the digital marketing landscape to ensure our training programs remain cutting-edge.
  • Foster a collaborative and stimulating learning environment that encourages curiosity and practical application of skills.

Who You Are

  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
  • You have proven, hands-on experience (ideally 3+ years) working in a digital marketing role, with a track record of successful campaigns.
  • You possess deep, practical knowledge of the entire digital marketing ecosystem.
  • You have a genuine passion for teaching, coaching, and sharing your expertise with others.
  • You are an exceptional communicator, capable of breaking down complex concepts into easy-to-understand lessons.
  • Bonus Points:
    Previous experience in a teaching or training capacity and professional certifications (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot) are highly desirable.
