Branch Operations Manager

We are seeking a strategic and execution-heavy professional to lead the overall operations of our Commercial Real Estate Branch Office.

This role requires an individual who can independently manage the branch's revenue goals while ensuring seamless coordination across support functions such as HR, Marketing, Accounts, and Inventory.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should have:

  • 10–15 years of overall experience with at least 4–5 years in a city level leadership role managing both sales and support functions.
  • Experience in commercial real estate is preferable but other industries like co-working / managed office operators, corporate facility management services, business centers / commercial interior solutions, or city operations heads from high-involvement services can be considered.
