Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Site Reliability Engineer to lead our remote team in driving operational excellence and fostering a high-performing culture.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To provide leadership and management to a remote team of Site Reliability Engineers, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficient operations.
  • Oversee team operations, including incident management, technical support, and infrastructure maintenance to guarantee the highest level of reliability.
  • Act as the primary point of escalation for complex technical issues, leveraging expertise to resolve problems efficiently.
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering growth in technical skills and problem-solving abilities to drive success.
  • Lead initiatives to improve operational processes, tools, and workflows, driving greater efficiency and reliability through data-driven decision making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and improve platform performance, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • 6+ Years of proven experience managing technical teams in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or a related field, with a strong track record of delivering results.
  • Strong technical background in cloud computing and infrastructure management, with expertise in designing and implementing scalable architectures.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams in remote and distributed environments, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and oral English communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a customer-centric approach to driving business outcomes.
