Job Title: Branch Operations ManagerKey Responsibilities:
  • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction through effective service recovery and relationship building.
  • Coordinate and integrate all business functions and services to ensure seamless operation.
  • Implement strategies for efficient operation and monitor performance metrics.
  • Handle crisis situations and ensure business continuity through proactive planning and execution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and industry partners.
Fleet Management:
  • Ensure fleet administration is conducted in accordance with established company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor fleet allocation and maintain an optimal ratio of chauffeurs to vehicles to maximize efficiency.
  • Ensure all fleet vehicles are equipped with necessary accessories as per company guidelines.
Sales & Servicing:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
  • Collect and analyze market and performance data to inform business decisions.
  • Achieve set sales targets and handle complex customer complaints with professionalism.
Finances:
  • Prepare and manage annual branch budgets to ensure financial stability and control.
  • Practice expense management and monitor receivables according to established norms.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and report back to the corporate office with analysis.
HR & Administrative:
  • Monitor overall branch administration for efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Appraise team members to monitor their performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure implementation and monitoring of statutory compliance and quality standards.
  • Manage contractual employees and maintain a positive work environment that fosters collaboration and growth.
