We are seeking a senior leader to head our Global Business Technology (GBT) team.

This role requires a hands-on manager with deep knowledge of business systems, capable of developing innovative solutions utilizing out-of-the-box functionality.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with product lines and stakeholders, creating documentation for solution alignment, and designing requirements in consultation with various departments.

Key qualifications include experience in delivering technical architectures for business systems, working in fast-paced environments, and possessing strong communication and facilitation skills.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for coordinating internal and external teams, configuring business systems, and managing implementation throughout the lifecycle.

Beyond these responsibilities, we are looking for someone with good experience of requirements, development, and project management tools, as well as a good understanding of software development lifecycle processes and technologies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of industry standards and specifications, and be able to work closely with cross-functional teams.
