Job Title: Proposal Development Specialist

Job Summary:

We seek a highly skilled Proposal Development Specialist to lead the development of winning proposals. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the bid process from opportunity identification through final submission, ensuring compliance with all RFP/RFI/Tender requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in bid management, proposal writing, and business development within creative agencies, marketing services, or integrated communications. You will possess exceptional storytelling, content writing, and stakeholder management skills, as well as experience with Gen AI, automation tools, and MS Office Suite.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end bid process, ensuring timely and accurate submissions
  • Develop winning strategies that clearly articulate our value proposition and in-house model benefits
  • Craft impactful case studies, storytelling decks, and draft proposals that resonate with senior decision-makers
  • Maintain a library of high-quality case studies, credentials, and proposal assets
  • Analyse win/loss trends and refine strategies for continuous improvement
Requirements:
  • 8+ years in bid management, proposal writing, or business development
  • Proven success in winning large-scale, multi-market contracts
  • Exceptional storytelling, content writing, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with Gen AI, automation tools, MS Office Suite, and agency workflows
