Job Title: Proposal Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to prepare and evaluate technical documents for project bidding processes, including technical offers, system architectures, bills of materials, basic designs, calculations, and commercial proposals.

About the Role:
  • This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong technical skills and excellent communication abilities who can provide valuable contributions to our team.
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review technical documents, including proposals, specifications, and other bid-related materials.
  • Lead core teams in evaluating customer requirements and producing technical responses to requests for quotes from current and potential customers.
  • Coordinate project management activities, including managing material, vendors, subcontractors, and company staff.
Requirements:
  • Basic knowledge of electrical control systems, including DCS, PLC, RTU, SCADA, HMI, MCC, PCC, VFD, APFC, and other control panels.
  • Ability to read electrical drawings and select switchgear based on motor load lists, with knowledge of current load calculation and bus bar selection.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a related field.
