About This Role

Leading proposal development and submission involves strategic collaboration with cross-functional teams to craft compelling responses that meet customer requirements.


Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Proposal Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing comprehensive proposal response materials including outlines, compliance matrices, and schedules.
  • Collaborating with Sales Engineering, Legal, InfoSec, Product Management, and other resources to develop proposal responses.
  • Fostering strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and coordinating with subject matter experts to gather technical, financial, and operational information.
  • Identifying and mitigating risks related to proposal development and submission.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 5+ years' experience managing proposal responses in various commercial industries and channel partners.
  • A proven track record of successfully managing and winning competitive proposals.
  • The ability to deconstruct customer requirements and develop a compliance matrix.
  • Strong business acumen and knowledge of IT modernization trends including Cyber Security, Networking, and Artificial Intelligence.
