We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and resolve queries efficiently.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and CRM systems.
  • Provide order updates, assist with returns/exchanges, and resolve complaints.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM software.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth resolutions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in customer service or sales (preferably in e-commerce).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining professionalism.
