
Retail Customer Experience Specialist

This role focuses on delivering effective training programs to frontline employees, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Training Delivery & Facilitation
- Conduct engaging workshops on sales techniques, product knowledge, and communication skills.
- Implement role-playing exercises, simulations, and on-the-job coaching to help employees develop their skills.
- Deliver real-time feedback to employees to improve performance and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Employee Onboarding & Development
- Work closely with store managers and colleagues to onboard new hires quickly and effectively.
- Assist in leadership development to create a pipeline of high-performing employees who can take on key responsibilities within the team.
- Performance Monitoring & Feedback
- Track training effectiveness using metrics such as customer feedback, conversion rates, and employee engagement.
- Conduct one-on-one coaching and team feedback sessions to address skill gaps and areas for improvement.
- Help stores achieve their customer service and sales goals by providing targeted support and guidance.
- Store Visits & Training Audits
- Visit stores regularly to observe customer interactions and provide real-time coaching to employees.
- Conduct store training audits to ensure consistency and adherence to company standards.
- Identify top-performing employees and recommend them for promotions or advanced training programs.
- 5+ years of experience in retail training, sales training, or customer experience coaching.
- Deep knowledge of customer service principles, sales psychology, and product positioning.
- Strong ability to deliver engaging, hands-on training sessions that meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Passion for developing frontline employees and motivating store teams to excel in customer service.
- Ability to engage, inspire, and guide retail associates at different skill levels.
- Willingness to travel to multiple stores within the assigned region.
