Collection Finance Manager

A critical role in the Finance Department is available for a skilled Collection Finance Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing credit control activities, performing debt collection, and maintaining effective communication with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage credit control operations to minimize delinquencies and optimize cash flow
  • Analyze financial data to create reports that inform strategic decision-making
  • Collaborate closely with the finance team to address discrepancies and enhance collection processes
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure timely payments and resolve any issues

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in credit control and debt collection
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
