Job Title: Bid Executive

Responsibilities:- Ensure bid/proposal documentation adheres to company branding standards.
- Proofread completed documents for accuracy and consistency.
- Provide administrative support to the bid team as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to write and produce draft documents in accordance with company guidelines.
- Manage bid timelines to ensure team members meet deadlines and respond promptly.
- Review bid documents and gather relevant best practices from previous bids.
- Have comprehensive knowledge of various contract types and their applications.
- Coordinate with stakeholders for day-to-day activities and ensure seamless project execution.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience required in a similar role.
- Experience in preparing bids is an asset.
- Excellent industry knowledge and a willingness to stay updated on trends.
- Superb written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills to foster a productive work environment.
