Job Title: Assistant Manager">

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by being prompt, responsive, and consistent in all interactions.
  • Collaborate with other support teams to ensure a high-quality level of support that meets our customers' needs.
  • Identify the root causes of customer issues and provide valuable feedback to improve our services.
  • Support customer communication during critical launches and support events to ensure seamless execution.
  • Maintain and improve customer satisfaction metrics such as NPS/CSAT.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in customer support in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with B2B/B2C focused companies.
  • Technical support experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Overall 2-4 years of experience, including 1+ years of direct customer interaction.
  • 6+ months of experience in customer-facing roles in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using Windows/MS Office, Excel, and CRM management tools.
  • Advanced English language proficiency (written and spoken).
  • Excellent soft skills, empathy, listening ability, and high ownership.
