Leadership Role
- Manage and direct a team of customer service representatives to ensure high levels of service delivery.
- Provide leadership support for field sales/support activities, business groups, and corporate operations in areas such as sales administration, order fulfillment, and general support administration.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational effectiveness, customer satisfaction, and process efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless customer interactions and integrated service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of customer service personnel.
- Operational Oversight: Provide guidance and support to field sales/support activities and business groups.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement organizational strategies aligned with customer and business needs.
- Customer Satisfaction: Achieve and exceed defined customer satisfaction goals.

- Proven experience in managing customer service teams.
