Job Title: Performance Marketing Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced performance marketer to manage and optimize our paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, and Amazon Marketing Services. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in D2C or FMCG brands, preferably in the Ayurveda, Beauty, or Hair & Personal Care category.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, and Amazon Marketing Services (AMS).
  • Manage and optimize monthly budgets to ensure efficient return on ad spend (RoAS) and customer acquisition cost (CAC).
  • Own the performance funnel – from impression to conversion – with a focus on driving sales and scaling efficiently.
  • Collaborate closely with the creative, content, and product teams to craft high-performing ad creatives and messaging.
  • Analyze campaign performance, generate insights, and provide regular reporting on key metrics.
  • Conduct A/B testing across ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments.
