Brand Ambassador Position

This role is a key part of our team, responsible for managing and growing our brand presence across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand objectives, marketing strategies, and business goals.
  • Plan, create, and execute content calendars across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
  • Monitor, measure, and report performance metrics and key performance indicators (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.).
  • Manage brand presence during campaigns, product launches, and real-time trending topics.
  • Collaborate with the design, content, and product teams to ensure cohesive brand communication.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage influencer partnerships and brand collaborations.
  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes to optimize performance.
  • Develop and implement paid social media campaigns in collaboration with the digital marketing team.
  • Lead and manage a team of social media professionals or interns.
  • Monitor competitors and benchmark best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing brand social media accounts for at least 5 years.
  • Strong understanding of platform-specific algorithms and content strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, etc.
  • Strong understanding of social media metrics, funnel analysis, and ROI measurement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset and experience in social media analytics and reporting.
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail and storytelling ability.
  • Experience in influencer marketing and online brand collaborations.
  • Video content creation and basic editing skills.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
