Digital Content Specialist

Location: Thane, Maharashtra, India

The Digital Content Specialist is responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and engage with the target audience across various social media platforms. This role involves developing high-quality content, managing day-to-day social media channels, executing paid and organic campaigns, analyzing engagement metrics, and staying up-to-date with the latest social trends.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Content Development: Create engaging content that aligns with the company's brand voice and messaging.
  • Social Media Management: Manage all social media channels, including creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and analyzing engagement metrics.
  • Campaign Planning and Execution: Assist in planning and executing paid and organic social media campaigns, including identifying target audiences, developing creative assets, and measuring campaign effectiveness.
  • Trend Monitoring and Innovation: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, algorithm changes, and competitor activity, and suggest new ideas and formats to improve engagement and reach.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Digital Content Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for design and storytelling.
  • Experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Ads Manager, and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently or within a team.
