Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Create and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engage with the target audience across various social media platforms.
  • Develop and execute content creation plans, including curation and community management.
  • Manage day-to-day handling of all social media channels, monitor and respond to comments, messages, and user interactions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in planning and executing paid and organic social media campaigns, support influencer partnerships and content collaborations.
  • Analyze campaign effectiveness using tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics, or native platform insights.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for design and storytelling.
  • Experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Ads Manager, and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics.
  • Experience in influencer marketing.
  • Knowledge of video editing and reel-making tools is a plus.
  • Background in digital marketing or branding.
