Job Title: Visual Content Specialist

About the Role:

We're seeking a highly skilled and creative Visual Content Specialist to lead our digital presence and brand storytelling.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in social media design, visual content creation, and website management, with a strong portfolio of work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create compelling social media posts, stories, reels, and campaigns across all major platforms.
  • Design high-quality digital and print assets using Canva.
  • Develop and maintain visual content calendars that align with marketing campaigns and brand objectives.
  • Manage and update company websites built on Wix.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and leadership teams to maintain consistent brand identity.
  • Create high-converting email campaign templates and digital marketing assets.
  • Optimize website for usability, mobile responsiveness, and SEO best practices.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and refine design strategies based on engagement data.

Required Qualifications:

  • Expert-level proficiency in Canva.
  • Wix platform mastery.
  • Social media design specialist with a strong portfolio.
  • Deep understanding of social media trends and platform specifications.
  • Proven ability to create content that aligns with brand voice while maximizing reach and engagement.
  • Solid understanding of brand consistency, visual storytelling, and audience psychology.
  • Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing funnels, and web analytics.
  • Excellent attention to detail and project management skills.
  • Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Bengaluru, India for full-time office-based work.

Preferred Qualification:

  • Experience with video editing and motion graphics for social media.
  • Understanding of paid social advertising design requirements.
  • Knowledge of influencer marketing and UGC content creation.
  • Analytics experience (Google Analytics, social media insights, engagement tracking).
  • Previous experience in an agency or fast-paced startup environment.
