Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

A highly motivated and creative individual is sought to oversee the development and implementation of our brand's digital presence.

This role requires a deep understanding of market trends, audience engagement strategies, content creation, influencer partnerships, and analytics.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Create a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead content planning, calendar creation, and execution across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
  • Monitor, measure, and report performance metrics and KPIs (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.).
  • Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to ensure cohesive brand communication.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage influencer and brand collaboration campaigns.
  • Stay updated on market trends, tools, and algorithm changes to optimize performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven 5+ years of experience in managing brand social media accounts.
  • Strong understanding of platform-specific algorithms and content strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Key Performance Indicators:

Develop and track key metrics to measure the success of our digital marketing efforts.

Ensure alignment with business objectives and adjust strategies accordingly.
