Job Title: Business Operations Generalist
About the RoleThis is a high-impact, cross-functional position that involves working closely with our CEO on strategic initiatives. As a true business generalist, you will be responsible for driving outcomes across various functions, including sales, customer success, and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:- Solve complex, cross-functional problems that require strategic thinking and execution.
- Collaborate with sales to identify and fix funnel leakages, shape pricing/packaging strategies, and enable the team with better processes and tools.
- Work closely with customer success to drive outcomes on critical KPIs like trial conversions, onboarding health, retention, and churn.
- Own and drive key partnerships, ensuring seamless coordination across teams and timely execution.
- Lead company-wide initiatives in collaboration with HR, improving onboarding processes, driving org health projects, and supporting strategic hiring efforts.
- Minimum 2 years of early-stage startup experience on the business side.
- Strong business acumen and ability to context-switch between domains.
- Comfortable with early-stage startup imperfections and able to operate in disorder.
- Extremely high agency and adaptability to make things happen.
