About this role
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Human Resources professional to manage our HR operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and performance management.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about HR and wants to make a real difference in a dynamic and growing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
- Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives that promote a positive work culture.
- Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in our HR Management System (HRMS).
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and HRMS systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
