Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various communication channels.

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering outstanding service with courtesy and professionalism.

You will also be responsible for maintaining detailed and accurate call logs, following standard operating procedures, and achieving performance targets related to quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
