Job Title: Partnership & Outreach Manager – Education
Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a dynamic and purpose-driven Partnership & Outreach Manager to lead our efforts in expanding adoption of English language learning, Foundational Literacy & Numeracy (FLN), and Teacher Coaching & Professional Development products in the Education sector.
- Prioritize Market Opportunities: Identify potential clients and market segments for promoting and integrating our products.
- Develop Sales Strategies: Execute plans to increase sales revenue and achieve targets.
- Clients Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with educational institutions, distributors, and key stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in education partnerships, a deep understanding of school systems, distribution and publishing sectors, and the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders—from schools and higher institutions to state education departments and implementation partners.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong experience in education partnerships, including project management and stakeholder engagement.
- A deep understanding of school systems, distribution, and publishing sectors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with educational institutions, distributors, and key stakeholders.
- A results-driven approach, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and increasing revenue.
