Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a seasoned Talent Management professional to spearhead our organization's strategic workforce initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
This individual will be responsible for designing, implementing, and governing talent management strategies that align with business objectives and workforce planning needs.
Talent Strategy Development:
The successful candidate will develop and execute a robust talent management strategy that identifies, develops, and retains top talent within the organization.
Succession Planning:
They will design and implement a well-structured succession planning process to identify and groom high-potential talent for critical roles.
Competency Building:
The Talent Management Lead will oversee the development of competency frameworks to identify skills gaps in the current workforce and integrate them into performance and development cycles.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
Utilizing HR analytics, they will provide data-driven insights to inform leadership decisions on talent trends, risks, and opportunities.
Stakeholder Partnership:
Collaboration with business leaders and HR partners will ensure alignment of talent strategies with functional priorities.
Leadership Development:
The Talent Management Lead will design and manage leadership development programs to strengthen the leadership pipeline, including assessment centers, learning journeys, career progression paths, and mentoring.
Performance Management:
Organization-wide implementation of performance management cycles will be driven by timely goal setting, mid-year, and annual performance reviews in alignment with business priorities.
Requirements:
- 7-8 years of experience
- MBA/PGPM (HR) qualification
- Prior experience/background:
- Talent management processes design and execution
- Project management and deadline meeting
- Excellent service orientation, interpersonal team skills, flexibility, initiative, and teamwork
- Prioritization and action facilitation across teams, commitment to follow through
- Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Knowledge and Skills:
