Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Procurement Strategist to join our team.

About the Role:
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • We are looking for a seasoned professional who can lead end-to-end procurement transformation initiatives, including source-to-pay (S2P) and procure-to-pay (P2P).
    • The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing and optimizing procurement platforms, such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, and Oracle.
    • A successful Procurement Strategist must be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and business units, to ensure seamless ERP integration.
    • They will also be responsible for tracking tool adoption and identifying areas for automation and enhancement.
Requirements:
  • Essential Skills:
    • Data-Driven Decision Making:
      • The candidate should have expertise in data-driven analysis and be able to provide insights to support strategic sourcing decisions.
      • Developing interactive dashboards using tools like Power BI is a plus.
    • Process Improvement:
      • A strong background in process improvement and change management is required.
      • The ability to standardize, automate, and scale procurement processes is essential.
    • Stakeholder Management:
      • The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage stakeholders across different departments.
      • A proven track record of building relationships and influencing others to achieve desired outcomes is necessary.
