Job Title: Strategic Procurement Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our procurement department, you will play a critical role in shaping our procurement strategy and driving cost savings across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist in drafting requirements for bidding and conduct various sourcing references-including requests for information proposals and quotations
  2. Draw up contracts and find opportunities to drive costs down
  3. Lend support to solutions department team
  4. Develop and implement effective procurement strategies
  5. Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers
  6. Procure materials and services in accordance with company policies and procedures
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Proven experience in procurement and supply chain management
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software tools
