Procurement Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to manage the procurement process, draft and review contracts, and ensure compliance with legal requirements.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Draft, review, and negotiate procurement contracts.
  • Oversee the end-to-end procurement process, including supplier selection, bid evaluation, and contract award.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to reduce procurement costs without compromising quality.
  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure procurement needs are met and contracts are executed effectively.
  • Prepare and present procurement reports to senior management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on contract drafting and negotiation.
  • Strong understanding of procurement best practices and legal requirements.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software.
