Job Opportunity

A seasoned procurement specialist is required to lead strategic sourcing initiatives for various business categories. This role involves negotiating contracts with key stakeholders, evaluating vendors, and managing overall spend.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate and finalize rate cards with hotels, airlines, travel desks, and large meeting groups.
  • Evaluate and select vendors based on their performance and capabilities.
  • Oversee a portfolio of procurements across multiple categories and ensure timely contract closure.
  • Manage the vendor consolidation process and develop new relationships to drive savings.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 8-10 years of experience in services procurement or a related field.
  • Mandatory skills include supplier selection, negotiations, purchase order management, and contract negotiation.
  • Prior experience in similar commodity categories is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Ariba, Oracle, and other procurement tools.
  • Strong analytical, commercial, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
