Job Description

Role Title: Regional Head Education - BA Operations

The Regional Head Education - BA Operations is responsible for overseeing the education and training of our beauty advisors, makeup artists, and sales workforce. This includes designing and delivering training programs, conducting skills gap analysis, preparing learning materials, and evaluating results after each training session.

  • Developing and delivering training programs for various genres, including make-up, skin training, artistry training, sales skills, strategic selling, product and process knowledge, tech and digital skills, value creation, and beauty as a domain
  • Monitoring and analyzing regional sales performance and developing strategies to improve sales productivity and adhere to organization and regional goals
  • Working closely with operations and management teams to set and implement policies, procedures, and systems
Operations

As a Regional Head Education - BA Operations, you will be responsible for managing regional budgets, implementing BA operations strategies, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze regional sales performance and develop strategies to improve sales productivity and adhere to organization and regional goals
  • Implement BA operations strategies for the region, as aligned with company's overall goals and objectives
  • Conducting regional visits to ensure that the field force are providing good customer service and meeting education goals and standards
Team Management

As a Regional Education Head, team management is a critical aspect of the job. You will be responsible for leading a team of three staff members, including a Sales Training Manager, Beauty Advisor Training Manager, and Sales Training Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Line manage a team of three staff members, including a Sales Training Manager, Beauty Advisor Training Manager, and Sales Training Coordinator
  • Goal-Oriented: Must be focused on achieving team's goals and training targets, plans, and be able to motivate and inspire team members to work together to achieve those goals
  • Coaching and Mentoring Skills: Must be able to coach and mentor by providing support and guidance the team needs to develop their skills and reach their full potential
Desired Candidate Profile

A bachelor's degree in any discipline, a master's degree would be an added advantage, in education and training, preferably in the beauty industry.

Language Skills: Hindi and English, Proficient.

Ability to manage full training cycle with virtual classroom-style presentations.

Curriculum development experience strongly preferred.

Proven experience writing compelling and concise content that simplifies complex topics.

Dynamic forward-thinking leader with a passion for training others for excellence.

Ability to self-direct, self-edit, multi-task, prioritize assignments, and manage projects.

Ability to utilize a training methodology to deliver content to a diverse audience.

Hands-on experience with e-learning platforms.

Strong business acumen with exceptional verbal and written communication skills required.

Behavioural Skills: Ability to work in a dynamic environment with limited supervision.

Good Team player and interpersonal skills.

Listens to others views and consistently shares the knowledge and experience.

People management, Customer Management, Escalation management, and excellent in Objection handling.
