Learning Strategist

We are seeking a dedicated and innovative Learning Strategist to develop and implement effective learning solutions that meet the needs of our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and delivering high-quality training programs that drive business results. They will be responsible for creating a comprehensive learning strategy that aligns with our organizational goals, as well as managing and implementing various learning methods companywide.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive learning strategy that aligns with our organizational goals
  • Design and deliver high-quality training programs that meet the needs of our employees
  • Manage and implement various learning methods companywide, including coaching, job shadowing, online training, and more
  • Evaluate individual and organizational development needs and create targeted training programs to address these needs
  • Assess the success of development plans and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, or related field
  • 2-7 years of experience in training and development
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering high-quality training programs
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
