Job Title: Corporate Communications Specialist

The role of a Corporate Communications Specialist is pivotal in staying abreast of client industries and competitors by actively reading articles, press materials, marketing collateral, and strategy documents. This enables the specialist to provide informed counsel and make strategic recommendations to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Stay updated on all clients, their industries, and competitors by actively reading relevant materials.
  • Contribute to and participate in brainstorm meetings and calls with clients, asking insightful questions and providing creative solutions.
  • Develop high-quality communications materials such as press releases, messages, and campaign summary reports.
  • Nurture relationships with influential media members within and outside client industries.
  • Remain current on social media trends and build connections with key influencers and community contacts to optimize communication channels.
Requirements:
  • At least one year of experience in corporate communications or public relations.
  • A degree in communications or a related field.
  • Experience working with clients in the health and wellness sector is an added advantage.
