Role Overview

About the Position:

  • Supports and implements organizational strategy with respective business leaders, and advises and supports the management for assigned organizations.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute organizational strategies in line with business goals.
  • Partner with business leaders to actively analyze workforce plans for Business Units. Enable business to develop robust talent pipelines. Plan and facilitate succession planning for Business Units.
  • Understand and drive company policies and guidelines. Customized policy/initiative to support business strategy.
  • Analyze and drive cultural change in line with business goals.
  • Identify talents with potential and develop them by sponsoring local and global talent programs.
  • Build organizational capability through competency evaluation, analyzing individual development plans, identifying customized training needs at group level, and partnering with the Learning and Talent Leadership team to co-create solutions and ensure plan implementation.
  • Guide and facilitate people managers in handling critical people topics.
  • Facilitate SGES planning workshops. Liaise with managers to identify key topics from feedback that would be driven at BU level. Support people managers to identify initiatives to be driven at their level.
  • Provide insights from data analysis on topics such as headcount, demographics, organization structure, performance, compensation, position leveling, etc., to help management take appropriate decisions. Keep track on headcount development.
  • Curate and execute initiatives to enhance employee experience.
