About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Marketing Director to lead our IT services business marketing efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans that drive revenue growth, improve brand visibility, and enhance customer engagement.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement end-to-end marketing strategies for our IT services business, aligned with our overall business goals and objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including content development, event management, and social media engagement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify market trends, opportunities, and challenges, and develop insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Analyze data and metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing performance.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively to deliver high-quality marketing programs within set timelines and budget constraints.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in IT/technology services business marketing, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth and improving brand visibility.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, with a specialization in marketing or sales.
  • Working knowledge or direct experience in the technology, IT, or ER&D industry.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply and effectively.
  • Proven stakeholder management and marketing programs management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in building multi-channel integrated marketing programs and creating all relevant forms of content and collateral to target clients and segments.
  • Marketing technology and automation enthusiast, with a strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • High energy self-starter, passionate about driving business results and growing as a professional.
