Job Title: Relationship Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Relationship Manager. This role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding client needs, providing tailored financial solutions, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling financial products. They will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless processing of client requests and resolution of issues.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, understanding their banking and investment needs.
  • Provide inputs on a wide range of financial products, including NRI accounts, deposits, mutual funds, insurance, and investment options.
  • Maintain proactive communication with clients through calls, emails, and virtual meetings to foster engagement and loyalty.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling financial products based on client profiles and goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless processing of client requests and resolution of issues.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • A minimum 2 years of experience in NRI banking, wealth management, or financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products relevant to NRI clients.
  • Excellent client engagement and customer service skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Knowledge of NRI financial regulations and products
