Job Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven finance professional with 3-5 years of experience to join our organization as a Finance Leader.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee monthly and annual book closure and ensure accuracy of financial reports.
  • Develop and maintain management information system (MIS) reports and dashboards, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Drive financial planning, variance analysis, and performance reviews.
  • Establish systems, processes, and standard operating procedures for finance and compliance.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and investor requirements.
  • Manage and track capital structure and investor obligations.
  • Support fundraising, due diligence, and investor reporting.
  • Lead audit readiness and compliance tracking across functions.

Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3-4 years of relevant experience in finance and management accounting.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
  • Exposure to audit, investor reporting, fundraising support, or due diligence is an advantage.
  • Ability to design processes, track compliance, and work with cross-functional teams.
